Skopje, October 31, 2025 – Mother Teresa University in Skopje and GeoSensors – AlbMatrix company based in Tirana, Republic of Albania, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, laying the foundations for sustainable cooperation in the fields of scientific research, educational programs, and innovative technological projects.

The memorandum was signed by Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., Rector of MTU, and Mr.Emiljano Qose, General Director of Geo Sensors – AlbMatrix, marking an important step toward strengthening academic collaboration and the development of technological projects in the region.

The purpose of the memorandum is to establish a long-term and mutual partnership for the development of educational and research activities, including projects that are to later be formalized through a separate cooperation memorandum, which is to define specific activities in accordance with the time frame, financial resources, and capacities of both parties.

Both institutions agreed that every activity carried out under this memorandum are to be the result of joint consensus, ensuring full coordination and the highest professional standards.
