Skopje, November 2025 – In the effort to strengthen cooperation between higher education and the private sector, the Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., held a working meeting with EVN Macedonia representatives, Mr. Vigan Ademi and Mr. Fisnik Oseku, to discuss prospects for joint development.
MTU Rector Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., accompanied by the University’s Secretary General, Mr. Pishtar Lutfiu, and Senate member, Assoc. Prof. Argëtim Saliu, informed EVN Macedonia representatives about the latest developments at our university, including updates to study programs, the focus on professional practice, and ongoing efforts to align higher education with labor market needs.
The meeting addressed potential areas of collaboration between MTU and EVN Macedonia, with special emphasis on the development of student internships, joint research projects, and the enhancement of professional skills in accordance with contemporary demands of the energy and technology sectors.
Both parties expressed their readiness to build a sustainable and long-term partnership that is to contribute to the preparation of new qualified professionals and strengthen the connection between MTU and the economic sector.
