Skopje, November 2025 – At the regular session of the Senate of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, following the proposal of the Rector, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., a secret ballot was conducted for the election of two new Vice-Rectors and Secretary General, who are to join the academic leadership team during the current mandate.
After the voting process was completed, the following were elected:• Full Prof. Sani Demiri, Ph.D., Vice-Rector for Science and Research;• Assoc. Prof. Bujamin Bela, Ph.D., Vice-Rector for Finance, Investments and Development; and• Raim Jashari, Ph.D., Secretary General of Mother Teresa University in Skopje.
The leadership staff of MTU joins the already elected Vice-Rectors: • Assoc. Prof. Fati Iseni, Ph.D., Vice-Rector for Education; and• Assoc. Prof. Diturije Ismaili, Ph.D., Vice-Rector for International Relations.
With this new structure, the leadership of Mother Teresa University is now fully completed, creating a stable and functional structure for achieving the university’s strategic goals.
The elected leadership is to perform its duties throughout the Rector’s full mandate, contributing to the advancement of the academic, research, administrative, and international mission of the University.
Their election reflects the commitment of Mother Teresa University to balanced, professional leadership oriented toward the highest standards of higher education.
