Skopje, May 28, 2025 – The Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., hosted a working meeting with the Secretary General of the Republic of North Macedonia Red Cross, Mr. Sait Saiti.
At the meeting, the Rector, Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Education, Assoc. Prof. Fati Iseni, Ph.D., informed Mr. Saiti and Mr. Fadbi Osmani, a member of the Central Presidency of the Red Cross, about current developments at MTU and its international projects and opportunities for concrete inter-institutional cooperation.
The Secretary General, Mr. Saiti, and Mr. Osmani wished the Rector, Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., success in carrying out his duties as a Rector in the current term and welcomed his commitment to promoting cooperation with humanitarian and social organizations.
Among the main topics discussed was the practical student work within the framework of the joint activities with the Red Cross, trainings, and volunteer engagements. Both parties agreed to deepen the cooperation in the future, with the aim of wider involvement of MTU students in the humanitarian, educational, and social campaigns of the Red Cross.
