Skopje, October 2025 – In his office, the Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., hosted a working meeting with the Director of the University Clinic for Pediatric Diseases in Skopje, Rexhep Memedi, М.D.
Rector Fetaji informed Director Memedi about the latest developments at MTU, emphasizing the university’s consolidation in both academic and scientific terms, the increase in institutional capacities, and the high interest shown by students during the three enrollment periods for the 2025/2026 academic year.
MTU Rector stressed that this interest reflects the growing credibility of MTU as a higher education institution and the university’s ongoing efforts to ensure academic quality through modern and up-to-date programs that meet labor market demands.
Meanwhile, Director Memedi expressed his satisfaction with the visit and wished continued success in MTU’s mission to advance higher education and train new generations. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between educational and healthcare institutions in order to provide students with practical opportunities and closer access to professional experience.
Both parties agreed on concrete opportunities for collaboration in areas of mutual interest, including the exchange of experiences, support for joint projects, and the creation of bridges between education and professional practice.
