Skopje, 01.07.2022 – “Mother Teresa’’ University organized a ceremony at “Skanderbeg’’ Square in Skopje for the graduation of the fourth generation of students. In this ceremony participated many guests, academic staff and parents, who were proud and cheerful to celebrate the graduation of 250 students.

During this festive atmosphere and in the presence of the guests of honor such as: Minister of Education and Science, mayors, members of parliament and diplomats, the Rector of MTU Acad. Izet Zeqiri instructed the students to never stop learning in order to achieve success and MTU will always support them.

‘We aim to prepare professionals and experts in various fields, who will be equal to their colleagues from the European Union, where we attempt to be in the future. I wish that our graduates, wherever they decide to build their careers, will be at the forefront of processes, or company managers, at least that’s where they aspire’, said Zeqiri.

The Minister of Education and Science, Mr. Jeton Shaqiri said: ‘your journey to get here to celebrate your success is the best proof that the sacrifice to establish this institution was worth it’.

The Mayor of Çair Municipality, Mr. Visar Ganiu said that MTU slowly but surely, from 220 students registered in the first generation, today is home to over 3000 students. The Mayor of the Municipality of Saraj, Mr. Blerim Bexheti said: “this day will remain in your memory as a very important day, a turning point for you, and I wish that you will continue to work hard and to achieve other scientific titles’’.

The director of the Fund for Innovation and Technology Development, Mr. Festim Halili said that today you have closed an important chapter of your life but this day marks the beginning of a long journey of your life, so I congratulate you on this achievement.

In the fourth generation of MTU students graduated 250 students, among which the best students of the five faculties were announced: Xhenete Aliji from the Faculty of Informatics with a grade point average of 9.1, Fatima Ed’hemi from the Faculty of Technological Sciences with a grade point average of 9.61, Agon Shaini from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture with a grade point average of 9.80, Merlinda Ibraimi from the Faculty of Technical Sciences with a grade point average of 9.91, Kushtrim Ukshini from the Faculty of Social Sciences with a grade point average of 9.9.
