Skopje 21.11.2022 – ‘Mother Teresa’ University in Skopje in cooperation with ABB College in Pristina organized football and volleyball tournament. In this tournament participated student teams created from students who study at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at ABB College and students who study Sport and Sports Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences at MTU. In this warm atmosphere and friendly competition the students had the opportunity to know each other and socialize. The head of the study program Sport and Sports Sciences at MTU, Blerim Saiti Ph.D. welcomed the Vice-Rector of AAB College, Shemsedin Vehapi Ph.D., and the Dean Fatmir Pireva Ph.D., also the Vice-Rector of MTU, Rizvan Sulejmani Ph.D., and the mayor of Cair Municipality at the same time professor at MTU, Visar Ganiu Ph.D.

Rizvan Sulejmani Ph.D., congratulated the students for this friendly competition, also he congratulated AAB College on the successful realization of the memorandum of cooperation signed two years ago.

The Vice-Rector of AAB College, Shemsedin Vehapi Ph.D., expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality, also he congratulated MTU on the start of the works on the new university campus. Vehapi said that AAB College will always be a real working partner for MTU.

The Mayor of Cair Municipality, Mr. Visar Ganiu, said that as a member of the Sport and Sports Sciences study program at MTU, he highly appreciates the support that MTU received from AAB College during the establishment of this study program, both by following the experience and also by providing the teaching staff.

During the event, MTU thanked the AAB College and the Çair Municipality for their continuous support, while thanking the ‘Zef Lush Marku’ Gymnasium for giving them the permission to use the sport hall during the tournament. The student volleyball and football teams from the two universities were rewarded with trophies.
