Skopje, 13.04.2023 – Rector of “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje, lecturer Izet Zeqiri Ph.D., today held a working meeting with the director of the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians (ISCHA) in North Macedonia, Skender Asani Ph.D.

Rector Zeqiri informed the guest about the developments at “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje, the continuous increase in the number of students, the opening of three new faculties and nine completely new study programs, the intensive work on the new facilities and infrastructure of MTU in the former Ilinden barracks, as well as the selection of MTU as one of the five best universities in the country, out of 24 in the country.

Director Asani informed Rector Zeqiri about the activity of the Institute for the Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians in Skopje, its activities as well as the opening of a special department within the institute that deals exclusively with the life and work of Gonxhe Bojaxhiu-Mother Teresa.

Zeqiri and Asani agreed that the excellent cooperation between the two institutions should continue in the future.
