Varna, Bulgaria, July 19, 2024 – The Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri, Ph.D., attended working meetings in higher education institutions in Bulgaria. Today, he was welcomed at a working meeting by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the Medical University of Varna, Lecturer Mario Milkov, Ph.D.

Rector Zeqiri informed Vice-Rector Milkov and his co-workers about the development of higher education in our country, the progress of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, and its study programs. They agreed on a cooperation relationship regarding the design of medicine programs, such as midwifery study programs, and study programs for nurses and physiotherapists for all young academics.

The meeting with Rector Milkov and Rector Zeqiri was also attended by Lecturer Zoran Trifunov, Ph.D., and Lecturer Vladimir Kitanovski, Ph.D., as they explained that this cooperation will bring rise to and advancement of higher education among the lecturers and young students, as well as deeper cooperation in joint research projects.
