Skopje, 28 January 2026 – Today, in his office, the Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., welcomed the delegation from Necmettin Erbakan University of the Republic of Türkiye, led by its Rector, Full Prof. Cem Zorlu, Ph.D.
At the meeting, MTU Rector Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., was accompanied by the Vice-Rectors, Assoc. Prof. Diturije Ismaili, Ph.D., and Assoc. Prof. Bujamin Bela, Ph.D., who held constructive discussions with Necmettin Erbakan University Rector Full Prof. Cem Zorlu, Ph.D., and the General Coordinator for International Relations, Full Prof. Firat Yaldiz, Ph.D.
The focus of the meeting was the concretization of academic cooperation through the exchange of students and staff, with the aim of deepening international mobility and experience. The engagement seeks to develop joint scientific research and to enhance the global visibility of both institutions by sharing best educational practices.
The meeting resulted in an agreement for swift and efficient cooperation between the two institutions, paving the way for the signing of specific agreements that is to enhance academic quality and provide new opportunities for scientific research in the region and beyond.
