Pristina / Skopje, October 2026 – At the 15th edition of the International Scientific Conference organized by UBT in Pristina, the academic staff and students of MTU continue to demonstrate their commitment to scientific research and academic development.
At this significant scientific event, Assoc. Prof. Mirlinda Bilalli, Ph.D., in collaboration with student Fatime Ajdini, presented their scientific paper on a highly relevant topic of considerable social importance: “Burnout and Its Impact on the Mental Health of University Students.”
The research provides an analytical examination of the challenges students face throughout their academic journey, the impact of burnout syndrome, and the importance of institutional support in safeguarding mental health within the university environment.
The presentation was positively received by the attendees and highlighted the importance of direct collaboration between professors and students in producing scientific papers that meet high academic standards.
Participation in this international conference, which annually brings together researchers, academics, and experts from various scientific fields across the region and around the world, once again reaffirms MTU’s commitment to promoting scientific research and strengthening the capacities of younger generations.
