Skopje, 28.11.2023 – “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje marked November 28 – Flag Day, with a ceremony where 130 graduates from last year were awarded graduation diploma for successfully completing the first cycle of studies.

In front of the students and their families, the rector of MTU, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri Ph.D. said that the organization of this ceremony today in honor of November 28 – Flag Day, gives all of us a sense of success, especially the professors whose mission is to pass on the knowledge to you. Moreover, it is an unforgettable moment for the students who celebrate their success today.

The participation of your parents and family members in such a great number proves that they have also achieved success in your education, they sacrifice everything for you and your bright future, and you as new graduates have an obligation to continue your life with honor and dignity, regardless of whether you will be determined to continue your studies in the second cycle, or you will be employed’, said rector Zeqiri.

Rector Zeqiri said that as management they are working hard to improve services to students and fix the infrastructure and we will do this continuously.

Dear students, you grew up with our university, you are witnesses of how many things have happened in the meantime. When you started your studies, we were tenants, while today, when you are receiving your diploma, the ceremony is taking place in our facilities, on the land of 50,000 square meters, and several thousand meters of facilities for learning. So, we had difficulties, but we were sure that we would make it. And we succeeded. Congratulations to everyone’, said Zeqiri.

The President of the MTU Senate, Suzana Jordanovska Ph.D., congratulated the students on the success they have achieved and the beautiful moments they have spent in the faculties of MTU that will remain in their memory.

The students were awarded diploma by the deans of the faculties, while the first five diplomas were awarded by the rector of MTU, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri, Ph.D.
