Skopje, 15.12.2023 – Today at the Faculty of Humanities, the Department of German Studies, participated two representatives of the most important institutions for academic mobility, of the German world in Skopje, the German lecturer Thomas Mair, representative of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Austrian lecturer Besim Alili, part of the Austrian Academic Exchange Service (OeAD).

Both lecturers were first welcomed by the rector of MTU, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri, Ph.D., where, among other things, they discussed about inter-academic cooperation, which is very useful for the students to connect with the German-speaking world.

The Austrian lecturer, Mr. Alili, and the German lecturer, Mr. Mair, presented to the MTU students and academic staff their offer and the possibility of competing in numerous projects offered by these two institutions, mainly for obtaining scholarships, participation in summer camps and study opportunities in these two countries.

Then, the two lecturers of these two respective institutions were welcomed by the dean and the academic staff of the Faculty of Humanities, where many issues were discussed, with special emphasis on the deepening of cooperation in every academic field, between the Faculty of Humanities and the relevant Austrian (OeAD) and German (DAAD) institutions.
