Debar, April 2024 – Within the framework of the opening of the study platform presented by Mother Teresa University in Skopje for the 2024/2025 academic year, the lecturers had the opportunity to visit 28 Noemvri high school graduates in Debar.

The working group coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Neritan Turkesi, Ph.D., consisting of Genta Spahiu Mirzo, Mira Kaziovska, Driton Zendeli, and Donka Kaziovska, informed the graduates that MTU is made up of eight faculties, namely Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Technological Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Humanities, and Faculty of Economics, all working following the highest international standards, highlighting the quality and importance of their preparation for facing the labor market and global challenges.

At this presentation, current MTU students, Jeta Qormemeti, a student at the Department of Customs, Shipping and Insurance, and Aurel Kobeci, a student at the Department of Electric Power Systems, elaborated their study experiences to the high school students, i.e., study conditions, various facilities and laboratories available at Mother Teresa University in Skopje, as well as about the fact that before the theoretical part, freshmen students are obliged to go through different institutions to acquire an integrated practice that makes them more advanced during their four-year studies.

The fact that Mother Teresa University in Skopje is accredited to monitor education in three languages, Albanian, Macedonian, and English, was emphasized, as well as that it currently offers the first and second cycle of studies.
