Mother Teresa University in Skopje, as a key partner in Women in Stem: Overcoming Stereotypes three-year project, announces that it has successfully completed all professional and academic obligations supported by the European Union.

The Women in STEM: Overcoming Stereotypes project aimed to empower women and girls in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, helping to raise awareness, expand support networks, and undermine gender stereotypes that often hinder their inclusion in these disciplines.

Final products include:

· Programs designed to motivate women to pursue higher education careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics;

· Methodology for overcoming gender stereotypes in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics;

· Research that highlighted good practices and successful role models of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics);

· Survey findings on opinions toward women in STEM among male and female students.

All of these resources are available free of charge to institutions and individuals passionate about gender equality and breaking down barriers for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
