Skopje, August 11, 2026 – The latest working meeting in a series was held at Mother Teresa University in Skopje as part of the implementation of the Student Portal and the Electronic Student Management System.
The meeting was attended by the Rector of Mother Teresa University, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D.; Vice-Rector for Teaching, Full Prof. Fati Iseni, Ph.D.; Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Arbnor Rushiti, Ph.D.; and the Head of the Student Affairs Office, Solidar Sulejmani, M.Sc.
Representing A1 company, at the meeting present was Mr. Festim Kamberi, who presented the work completed to date and the progress achieved in the implementation of the system.
During the meeting, the functionalities developed so far, the processes implemented, as well as the final stages necessary for completing and putting the platform into operation were presented. The Rector proposed several additional functionalities related to student services. Vice-Rector Full Prof. Fati Iseni, Ph.D., also presented proposals for improving the processes, while several additional suggestions were provided by the Head of the Student Affairs Office, Solidar Sulejmani, M.Sc.
It was concluded that the project has made significant progress and is now in its final phase, with the main part of the system already developed and ready for the final stages of testing and implementation.
The Student Portal and the Electronic Student Management System represent a significant step in the digitalization process of Mother Teresa University, aimed at modernizing student services, increasing administrative efficiency, and providing faster, more transparent, and accessible services for students and academic staff.
