Skopje, 04.03.2026 – Mother Teresa University in Skopje and JSP–Skopje Public Transport Enterprise formalized their cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation, aimed at strengthening the ties between academia and the public sector in service of the students.

The memorandum, signed by the Rector of MTU, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., and JSP–Skopje General Director, Mr. Sasho Ilievski, aims to enhance institutional cooperation.

MTU Rector, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Finance, Investments and Development, Assoc. Prof. Bujamin Bela, Ph.D.; the President of MTU’s Student Assembly, Besar Sejdiu; and Mr. Bejamin Rexhepi, informed JSP–Skopje General Director, Mr. Ilievski, as well as Ms. Biljana Jankulovska, about the university’s academic capacities and the shared goal of improving service standards and professional opportunities for all MTU students.

The memorandum foresees a series of joint activities focused on professional internships, knowledge exchange, and improving conditions and coordination to facilitate students’ study conditions and mobility.

MTU Rector, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., emphasized that the cooperation represents an important step toward integrating students into the labor market and improving the services that public institutions provide to the academic youth. On the other hand, representatives of JSP–Skopje expressed their readiness to support MTU’s future educational projects and innovations.
