Bitola, March 17, 2023 – MTU delegation consisting of the rector, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri, Ph.D., the vice-rector for science, Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., the vice chancellor for finance, Assoc. prof. Bujamin Bela, Ph.D., and the dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Lecturer Neritan Turkesi, Ph.D., today, were on a working visit to the St. Kliment Ohridski University – Bitola, where they signed a cooperation agreement.

The agreement was signed by the two rectors, respectively the “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje was represented by the rector prof. dr. Izet Zeqiri and “St. Klimenti i Ohrid” University, the rector Prof. dr. Igor Nedellkovski, who was accompanied by the vice-rectors Prof. dr. Jasmina Bunevska Talevska, Prof. dr. Jove Dimitrija Talevski and Prof. dr. Goran Iliq and the president of the University Senate, Prof. Dr. Nikolçe Jankulovski.

Following the agreement, the two rectors committed to the development of mutual academic cooperation, defining the teaching and scientific areas of common interest, and the ways and modalities for their realization.

The cooperation between MTU and the UKLO is to be developed through various activities such as academic staff exchange, student exchange, joint research-scientific projects, participation in seminars and other academic gatherings, professional development programs, and other areas of common interest.
