Skopje, 20.08.2025 ‒ The Rector of “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje, Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., today, held a working meeting with the acting director of the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians (ISCHA) in North Macedonia, Besnik Emini, Ph.D.
Rector Fetaji, accompanied by Vice-Rectors Assoc. Prof. Fati Iseni, Ph.D., and Assoc. Prof. Diturije Ismaili, Ph.D., informed Director Emini about the recent developments at MTU, particularly the encouraging results of student enrollment in the 2025/26 academic year, the expansion of study programs, and the strengthening of international cooperation.
On the other hand, Director Emini informed Rector Fetaji about ISCHA’s cultural and scientific activities, focusing on promoting the Albanian cultural heritage in North Macedonia, as well as the joint projects that are being prepared and the planning of closer cooperation with academic institutions.
Both institutions expressed their readiness to intensify cooperation, including co-organizing joint activities, among them the events dedicated to the Days of Gonxhe Bojaxhiu- Mother Teresa, with the aim affirming humanistic and cultural values in society.
