Skopje, May 6, 2026 – Today, Mother Teresa University in Skopje held the constitutive session of its highest academic body, during which members of the Senate from all eight academic units unanimously voted for the re-election of Assoc. Prof. Olivera Petrovska, Ph.D., as Chair of the Senate.

This vote once again confirms the trust of the academic community in the current leadership and the continuous commitment of Assoc. Prof. Olivera Petrovska, Ph.D., in successfully leading this university’s body. The Senate remains a key pillar in the development of academic and scientific policies, playing a significant role in the growth and strategic stability of our university.

The broad support expressed by Senate members for the new one-year mandate reflects the unity and shared vision of MTU toward the highest standards in higher education.
