Rector of “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri, Ph.D., accompanied by the general secretary Mukades Hajdari, held a working meeting with the Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science, for the purpose of discussing about the opening of three new faculties, which will function within the MTU from the next academic year.

In the meeting they discussed all the details of the work organization within these units, which include nine new study programs.

On July 27, 2022, the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia with a majority of votes approved the opening of three new faculties at UNT, such as: the Faculty of Economics that includes the following study programs: Finance and accounting, Marketing and management, Customs, freight – forwarding and insurance; the Faculty of Law with the study programs of Justice and Criminalistics as well as the Faculty of Human Sciences which includes the following study programs: English Language and Literature, German Language and Literature, Translation Albanian, Macedonian into English and vice versa, Translation Albanian, Macedonian into German and vice versa.

With the opening of new faculties, MTU offers new opportunities for new students, in its eight faculties:

– Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture

– Faculty of Informatics

– Faculty of Technological Sciences

– Faculty of Technical Sciences

– Faculty of Social Sciences

– Faculty of Law

– Faculty of Economics

– Faculty of Human Sciences

Last week, the delegation of the Ministry of Education and Science also visited the new MTU facilities.
