An intensive presentation of the university began in high schools across the country

Skopje, 25.04.2023 – The rector of MTU, Izet Zeqiri Ph.D., together with a group of professors gave a presentation about the University in many high schools in Skopje.

They visited the High School “Zef Lush Marku”; the High school of Law and Economics “Arseni Jovkov” and High School “Cvetan Dimov”. During the presentation the rector said that he wants to meet the high school graduates in order to talk to them directly and to let them know that they will have access to our university at any time.

The opening of the public university in the Albanian language in Skopje, “is a miracle that you should take advantage of”, said Zeqiri to the graduates, to whom he presented the 39 study programs that MTU offers in its eight faculties.

Rector Zeqiri presented about the advantages that the graduates will have in the new university campus of MTU. He added that MTU in the new academic year will have three new faculties: Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Human Sciences, therefore there will be a total of 8 faculties including the current five faculties: Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences and Faculty of Technological Sciences.

Part of the MTU promotional team were pro-rectors, deans and lecturers from eight faculties, who presented the academic offer of our university. MTU shows a great progress each and every day, both in the academic aspect and in the creation of new learning spaces.

Graduates from high schools in Skopje showed interest in the study programs and held discussions with the team of professors. Brochures with information about the activities of our university were handed out to the high school graduates.

It is important to mention the fact that rector Zeqiri is the first rector to visit high schools and to present the opportunities that our university offers.
