Skopje, October 2023 – Luljeta Xhemaili, a lecturer at MTU, has successfully defended the doctoral dissertation at “Iustinianus Primus” Faculty of Law at “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje.

The topic of her doctoral dissertation is: “Gender-based violence against women and international human rights law”. Professor Luljeta Xhemaili Murseli was highly appreciated by the lecturers of the relevant commission, both for her theoretical and empirical research, and her mentor was Elena Mihajlova-Stratilati, Ph.D.

After defending her doctoral dissertation, Luljeta Xhemaili Murseli earned the title: Doctor of Legal Sciences in International Law.
