Skopje, September 25, 2024 – The Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Lecturer Izet Zeqiri, Ph.D., welcomed the Ambassador of Austria, His Excellency, Mr. Martin Pammer, and General Karl Edlinger, both accompanied by their associates.
At the official meeting led by Rector Zeqiri, Vice-Rectors Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., Lecturer Fati Iseni, Ph.D., Lecturer Bujamin Bela, Ph.D., MTU German language teacher, Lecturer Izer Maksuti, Ph.D., and the Austrian Guest Lecturer in German Language, Besim Alili, M.A., discussed the progress of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, the development and the three enrollment deadlines at MTU, and the deepening of academic cooperation between the two countries.
The working meeting was followed by the traditional seminar on the topic “CURRENT LEGAL CHALLENGES IN INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW,” during which students and academic staff discussed and presented their views in front of the guest lecturer from Austria, Mr. Karl Edlinger, currently a Brigadier General. The seminar was also attended by the Ambassador of Austria, His Excellency, Mr. Martin Pammer, as well as numerous members of the academic and administrative staff and students.
