Mother Teresa University in Skopje is starting the academic year with a significant achievement, enlarging its academic staff with another Recipient of a Ph.D. – Nora Limani Bektashi, Ph.D., from Kumanovo.

She successfully defended her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, on the topic of
“Development of Biological and Chemical Methods for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Ionizing Radiation as a Technique for Minimal Processing of Spices and Dried Mushrooms”.

She was awarded the title of Doctor of Technical and Technological Sciences with excellent marks.

The defense ceremony was attended by academic and family members, honoring this special achievement. Nora Limani Bektashi, Ph.D., as a lecturer and author at MTU of numerous international scientific papers, is expected to further contribute to the academic and scientific development of the university.
