As part of the EIT Food Challenge Labs 2025 held in Skopje, a team of representatives from the Faculty of Technological Sciences at Mother Teresa University in Skopje participated, consisting of academic staff and students.
During the three-day event dedicated to food innovation, participants had the opportunity to develop ideas and prototypes for functional and sustainable products, integrating creativity with scientific knowledge.
Such experiences are of particular importance for the faculty and the university, as they strengthen the connection between education and industry, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote the engagement of the young in the development of innovations in food and nutrition.
