Pristina, December – A Mother Teresa University in Skopje delegation, composed of the dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Diturije Ismaili, Ph.D., as the project manager; the dean of the Faculty of Technological Sciences, Lecturer Sani Demiri, Ph.D.; and Lecturer Emira Imeri, Ph.D., participated in the first kick-off informational meeting of “Merging Fashion and Tradition for Sustainable Style” project, held at Universum College in the capital of Kosovo, Prishtina.
The project aims to increase the capacities for weaving traditional and modern fashion, and is in cooperation with other non-university actors, which enable employment and entrepreneurship of the young in the sector.
The project is to be implemented in the upcoming two years and coordinated by Universum College in Kosovo, while Mother Teresa University is but a partner that is to provide expertise to its staff in the training provided within the work packages.
