North Macedonia/Norway, September 11, 2025 – Today, the Rector of Mother Teresa University in Skopje, Lecturer Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., held an online meeting via the Google Meet platform with Assoc. Prof. Glenn Agung Hole, Ph.D., a lecturer at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN).

The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Rectors Lecturer Zoran Gacovski, Ph.D.; Assoc. Prof. Diturije Ismaili, Ph.D.; Assoc. Prof. Fati Iseni, Ph.D.; the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Assoc. Prof. Bukurije Imeri Jusufi, Ph.D.; and Assoc. Prof. Argëtim Saliu, Ph.D. Rector Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., informed Assoc. Prof. Glenn Agung Hole, Ph.D., and Mr. Blerim Gjoni about the latest developments at Mother Teresa University, including academic and scientific progress, multilateral cooperation with domestic and international institutions, and common challenges facing universities today.

The virtual meeting aimed to lay the foundations for a strategic framework for bilateral cooperation between Norway and North Macedonia, in areas such as entrepreneurship, applied sciences, mentoring and innovation ecosystems.

The long-term vision of the cooperation is the establishment of a National Competence Center for Entrepreneurship and Mentoring in North Macedonia, which is to combine scientific research with applied business development, thereby contributing to the strengthening of innovation ecosystems and the integration of the country into European research and development networks.
