Skopje, November 5, 2025 – Mother Teresa University in Skopje had the honor of welcoming students and academic staff to an open lecture on the topic “Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Growth: Stability and Well-being in a Changing World,”delivered by Assoc. Prof. Glenn Agung Hole, Ph.D., a Norway-based professor and international expert.

Before the lecture began, Rector of MTU, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., delivered an opening address in which he emphasized the importance of such international lectures for academic advancement and the exchange of practical experiences among higher education institutions.

Rector of MTU, Full Prof. Bekim Fetaji, Ph.D., highlighted that through these types of collaborations, the university strengthens its role in internationalization, innovation, and the preparation of students for global challenges.

His opening address was followed by the lecture of Assoc. Prof. Glenn Agung Hole, Ph.D., who contemplated on the role of entrepreneurship and innovation as key factors for sustainable economic development and social well-being, sharing concrete experiences from both the academic and private sectors in Norway and beyond.

The lecture concluded with a Q&A and interactive discussions with students and academic staff, creating an inspiring atmosphere for the exchange of ideas and perspectives.
