Skopje, May 2026 – For the first time, students from the Law Studies and Public Administration study programs at Mother Teresa University in Skopje carried out a study visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia.

As part of the clinical teaching activities within the Nomotechnics course, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Argëtim Saliu, Ph.D., the students moved from theory to practice in order to gain closer insight into:

      the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court;

      the courtroom and the case-processing procedures; and

      the importance of protecting the constitutional order and the rule of law

During the visit, the Court advisors Jasmina Simonovska, Sanja Geljevska-Trajchevski, Ekrem Halimi, and Ensar Jusufi provided valuable information regarding constitutional review procedures and the protection of human rights.

This cooperation strengthens the professional skills of future lawyers and public administration professionals.
