Italy, 2026 – The Vice-Rector for International Relations of “Mother Teresa” University in Skopje, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diturije Ismaili, participated in the Annual General Meeting of the COST Action CA24167 – HUMAN-IT, held on 24–25 June 2026 at the Università del Salento, Italy. The meeting brought together researchers and experts from across Europe to discuss the progress of the Action and define future research directions in the fields of digital transformation, human resource management, and the future of work.
During the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diturije Ismaili actively contributed to the activities of Working Group 3 (WG3): Social Transformations, Policy and the New Job Market, where she led one of the subgroup discussions. The subgroup focused on advancing collaborative research and identifying priorities related to the societal implications of technological change, policy development, and labour market transformation.
Participation in the Annual General Meeting further strengthens the University’s international research engagement and highlights its active contribution to European scientific networks under the COST programme. Through the involvement of MTU’s staff in such actions as HUMAN-IT, the University continues to promote international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and research excellence in addressing emerging societal and technological challenges.
