Skopje, June 3, 2026 – Today, the three-day Summer School dedicated to the subject matter of “Introduction to Financial Markets and Securities” was successfully concluded at Mother Teresa University in Skopje. This intensive program, which started on June 1, was implemented as a strategic partnership between the Faculty of Economics at Mother Teresa University in Skopje and the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia, representing an effective process of transferring theoretical knowledge into practical application within the capital market.
Over the course of the three days, students had a unique opportunity to attend comprehensive modules covering the fundamentals of financial instruments, the regulatory framework, business ethics, and trading strategies and financial analysis, delivered by leading experts in the field. The training directly contributed to enhancing their academic profiles and establishing a strong connection with the practical labor market.
At the closing ceremony, certificates of appreciation and completion were awarded to all students who successfully attended the program. The awards were presented by Vice-Rector Assoc. Prof. Bujamin Bela, Ph.D., the President of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia, Ms. Bujare Abazi, and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Assoc. Prof. Bukurie Imeri Jusufi, Ph.D.
